Here's my story...

A Leader You Can Count On

Gabrielle Deculus is no rookie to taking on challenges and creatively answering the needs of the people. She is the Founder of Saint Josephine, a marketing company for social good that helps progressive brands make an impact through their work. Over the last 11 years, Ms. Deculus has led strategic campaigns/projects for Black Education for New Orleans, Kanye West Sunday Service, Habitat for Humanity, the City of New Orleans, Converge Consulting, Knights of Peter Claver, Step Up Louisiana and Business Rules for Women. When she’s not in the office, she is hosting events, volunteering and staying active in the local New Orleans community.

Locally, Gabrielle has been recognized for her disaster relief efforts by Beyonce’s Beygood Foundation and Essence Magazine for responding to flood damage and mobilizing recovery efforts in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2016. She has also received a Proclamation in Baton Rouge for “Gabrielle Deculus Day” on October 12, 2005 and in New Orleans for helping service the community through the National Black MBA Association (2019). Gabrielle has also recently received the 2019 Excellence in Innovative Influence Award recognition from 100 Black Men of New Orleans. As of April 2020, Gabrielle joined the Step Up Louisiana Organizing Fund 501(c)(3) Board of Directors as President.

Nationally, Gabrielle is noted as a Prairie View A&M University's Inaugural 40 under 40 honoree and is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. She co-facilitates the Ignite Social Change Retreat, a weekend event for changemaking college students from across the country, a program of Sullivan Foundation. She has also led conversations for multicultural campaigns with AARP and the BeYourOwnBrand Retreat.

As Founder of Saint Josephine, a marketing consulting firm for social good, she created this firm to house her brands, serve her clients, and build a space for partnerships to develop. One of the brands -- Business Rules for Women (BRFW) is a global community connecting ambitious women to business-related content, events and consultation services. The BRFW online network distributes unique content to over 1 million viewers per month. On April 3-4, 2020, BRFW decided to pivot from an in-person conference to a 100% virtual conference, in response to COVID 19 and is helping other events adapt to the new business norm.

Gabrielle also has new projects in the works with her brand Weed for Women-- a lifestyle brand for women who enjoy cannabis. Her CBD products are set to launch November 2020.

Gabrielle is just getting started! Being a socially conscious brand isn't a trend, it's the best new way to do business.
